Hi tribe,
As we move deeper into fall, we wanted to introduce two stones that carry warmth this time of year: tiger's eye and rose quartz.
Tiger's eye is banded in gold and brown like the forest floor in October, long carried as a stone of courage and clear will. It does not ask you to be fearless. It asks you to move forward, steady and certain, even while everything around you is changing.

Rose Quartz works differently. Sometimes called the master healer stone, or the stone of love and friendship, it encourages self-acceptance, forgiveness, and the release of self-doubt or negative inner dialogue.
Grounded and clarity in self love. Two different kinds of steadiness for a season that asks for both.

Happy Halloween and Blessed Samhain tribe 🍂

As the veil grows thin and the leaves let go of the branches that held them all year, we find ourselves thinking about what it means to release, to root, and to begin again. Samhain has always been a season of honoring what came before, our ancestors, while the boundary between the living and spirit worlds thins. Halloween gives us permission to play in the dark a little, to dress up as something wild and unfamiliar, and to remember that transformation is never something to fear.

This tribe has grown into something we could not have imagined when we first started crafting pinecones by hand, and every single one of you wearing a piece of this forest out into the world is part of why this brand still feels like magic to us.

As the light starts to shift and the air turns crisp, we wanted to sit with a stone that carries warmth through the darker months: amber.
Amber is not technically a crystal, it is fossilized tree resin, sunlight and forest life held inside itself for millions of years before it crystalizes. It carries the energy of preservation, of warmt, and of a life force that keeps glowing long after the tree that made it has returned to the earth.

We carry it in two styles. As the genuine stone set onto a pendant the way we do with any of our gems. And as our carved amber bee, one of the pieces closest to our heart, a small creature holding all that same golden, preserved light.

Happy Fall Equinox, friend 🍂
Today, day and night hold equal weight before the balance quietly tips toward the darker half of the year. It felt like the right day to pause and share something close to our heart.

Third Eye Pinecones was born in the forests of the Santa Cruz mountains. Our founder, Carl, cut open the very first pinecone, discovering the fibonacci within, and began wearing it around his neck. Believing something this beautiful deserved to give something back, from the beginning, we made a promise: every pendant sold plants a real tree.
Over more than a decade, this tribe has helped plant thousands of trees across reforestation projects nationwide. Every pendant you have ever worn, every gift you have ever given, is growing a tree somewhere right now.
